Business – Income Tax Return with Audited Financial Statement or its equivalent with list of 5 customers and 5 suppliers (with contact numbers)
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
- Pre-Approval by BPI-FSB (Pre-Qualification Form with BPI-FSB notation)
- Submit Standard Booking Requirements (Client Info Sheet, Reservation Form, two (2) Government-issued IDs, Proof of Billing, TIN, Signed Floor and Parking Layout)
LETTER OF GUARANTEE – DEED OF UNDERTAKING (LOG-DOU) PROCESSING
- Buyer and Developer coordination with BPI-FSB should start immediately after booking.
- Submit Standard Loan Application Requirements by BPI-FSB
- LOG-DOU should be with the Developer three (3) months from the booking date
