    Employed – Certificate of Employment/ 6 months pay slip/ Latest Income  Tax Return
    Business – Income Tax Return with Audited Financial Statement or its equivalent with list of 5 customers and 5 suppliers (with contact numbers)

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pre-Approval by BPI-FSB (Pre-Qualification Form with BPI-FSB notation)
  • Submit Standard Booking Requirements (Client Info Sheet, Reservation Form, two (2) Government-issued IDs, Proof of Billing, TIN, Signed Floor and Parking Layout)

 LETTER OF GUARANTEE – DEED OF UNDERTAKING (LOG-DOU) PROCESSING

  • Buyer and Developer coordination with BPI-FSB should start immediately after booking.
  • Submit Standard Loan Application Requirements by BPI-FSB
  • LOG-DOU should be with the Developer three (3) months from the booking date
